Payment Policy
- To secure your appointment date and time, I require a $20 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
- Your total payment will depend on the services you request, and the $20 deposit will be applied towards your total bill.
- If you need to reschedule, kindly provide us with a 24-hour notice.
- Failure to give a 24-hour notice for rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Deposits for rescheduled appointments will be held for up to 6 months.
- Please note that you can only reschedule once.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Client Policy
- I kindly request that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
- New clients, please arrive with natural nails (no nail enhancements).
- Regrettably, we do not provide services for nails that have not been previously done by us, and we no longer offer soak-off services.
